Fort Lauderdale Bachelorette Party Trip Tips
Stay In Style
The Dalmar: This hotel is located downtown, near Las Olas just a short stroll from Las Olas. Enjoy Palm Springs-inspired suites overlooking the city's skyline. Indulge in the property’s five culinary concepts, from the 1960s-style rooftop bar and eatery Sparrow to the poolside cafe Sip 'n Dip. The hotel's beach shuttle runs hourly and will set you and the group up with beach chairs and umbrellas.
W Fort Lauderdale: The W Fort Lauderdale sets the standard for resort hotels on Fort Lauderdale Beach. You can spend the weekend soaking up the sun from the fifth-floor WET Deck. Enjoy a complimentary sunrise beach yoga and morning boot camp, or hop on a beach cruiser and cycle the boardwalk to one of the nearby restaurants for brunch.
B Ocean Fort Lauderdale: An iconic destination on Fort Lauderdale Beach, it's once again a destination. It is within walking distance of plenty of bars and restaurants, but this has plenty to offer your bride tribe. Start the evening at The Wreck Bar with cocktails and an iconic underwater, adults-only burlesque show featuring mermaids.
BACH TIP: Stay central. There will be more bachelorette activities nearby, and if you need to bail during the day for a power nap, you’ll save on ride shares.
Memorable Lauderdale Eats
S3
One of the best views of Fort Lauderdale Beach, S3: Enjoy indoor and outdoor seating options. This place has plenty of appeal, including multicourse share-a-plate-style meals, great drinks, and a sultry indoor-outdoor bar scene with live DJs and fire pits. Indoors, you’ll find a well-appointed Southeast Asian atmosphere and a menu of global eclectic fare, like sushi, oak-grilled steaks, mac 'n' cheese with smoked Gouda and prosciutto, and brisket sliders.
Rivertail
James Beard-nominated chef José Mendin has his first Fort Lauderdale restaurant, Rivertail, on the Las Olas Riverwalk along the New River. This seafood-driven eatery is one of the hottest tables in town. Featuring family-style shared plates, globally influenced tapas, and coastal fare inspired by Mendin’s Puerto Rican roots as well as his love of oyster bars, the creative menu spans from crab doughnuts and shiso-butter-infused bay scallops escargot to Moqueca Mista.
Blue Moon Fish Co.
Great view of the Intracoastal Waterway, overlooking multimillion-dollar yachts and svelte paddleboarders. Fittingly, it is one of the most exemplary seafood spots on the Gold Coast, with superb food and a brunch that could go head-to-head with any place on the planet. For less than $60 per person, guests tuck into unlimited food and bottomless mimosas, bloody Marys, and champagne. There’s an omelet stand, a carving station, a salad bar, and a raw bar with freshly shucked oysters, clams, and shrimp. Mini cannoli, cupcakes, ice cream, creme brulee, pastry puffs, parfaits, cookies, and more line the final dessert table. Between the talented chefs and the striking natural surroundings, there’s no better place to spend a Sunday morning.
YOLO
YOLO, which means "You only live once," is seamlessly integrated into downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas Boulevard. Committed to community and evolution, YOLO is not just a destination; it's a dynamic entity striving to be its best version. With an innovative American menu, a vibrant bar, and an outdoor lounge and fire pit, YOLO invites you to savor and indulge in comfort and style.
Bar hopping
At the beach, Blondies is a Fort Lauderdale beach staple for cheap drinks and good times. The Elbow Room is is a Lauderdale legend, not trip here would be complete without have a cold one here. Both places are super-cas, bikinis and flop-flops are the norm.
Private Shuttle Service
If you want something better than a typical ride-share to get around, Call A1A Shuttle Service. They provide private group transportation in Fort Lauderdale. If you want to go to the Hard Rock or South Beach, call Kenny at 954-998-3287. Groups of 6 or more only please.
Pro Travel Advice for Fort Lauderdale
There are nonstop flights available from both the East and West Coasts on airlines such as Alaska, Allegiant, JetBlue, Delta, American, Spirit, Southwest, and United. These options allow you to earn miles on a major airline or save money by flying on a low-cost carrier.
There are several ways to get to Fort Lauderdale while making travel plans, but flying into Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is the most practical alternative. Numerous airlines have direct flights, but you may arrive in Miami and drive yourself or take the thirty-minute Brightline train—which feels almost as luxurious as a European rail car, especially if you buy first class—up to Fort Lauderdale.
We hope to see you at the dock!
